Happy Mother's Day

Well as u know Mother's day has come and gone..and i'm sure many of us had spend some quality time with ur Mums. I had my fine share of time spend with my family.
Lets see.. Friday 11 May had a dinner with my family at home.

And this is what i whipped up for my Mum. I did Mushroom Soup ( sorry no pic) and this main course. Its Cod Confit, Sesame White Prawns with Bacon wrapped Oysters Accompanied by Tomato Inmulsion.

Sat 12 May..Had dinner with my whole family including my sisters cause u see..they r married..thats y i said "whole" family. We went to Penang Place at Boon Lay to have authentic Penang food.

Sun 13 May I went to my Grandfather house to celebrate again Mother's Day. This time is with my aunties and grandmother who is veri weak and has to move around in a wheelchair. So we brought the celebrations closer to her.










My mother told me to do something for my grandmother so here it is...A Fruit Cake.
