my lunch
Ok I'm sure you've seen this in my earlier post. See

I made baked pasta for my mum sometime ago. But i didn't get to eat it so today while cooking porridge for my grandma for lunch, i realise i still have some cream and mozzarella cheese in the fridge. To minimise wasted, i decided to make myself a baked pasta.
I blanched the spaghetti in boiling water for 4.5 mins to get Al Dente. Than heat up my pan, i sauted chopped garlic with a little oil. In my case i love garlic so i put a lot. Next down is the cream, reduce to thicken the sauce. One tablespoon of tomato sauce in and there you have it. Creamy tomato sauce!
In goes the spaghetti with some chix sausages, season with salt, pepper and chopped basil. Toss lightly and off the fire. I placed it in a bowl and top it up with lots of mozzarella!
And into the oven...

There you have it, its easy to do and anyone can try it. Dun bother to pay so much to eat at NYDC. ( I'm not anti-NYDC)
